Multiple OS in VPS Servers
Our VPS server solutions feature three Linux releases which you could pick from for the Operating System of your new hosting server - Debian, Ubuntu and CentOS. In addition to being 100 % free, the OSs are extremely stable and protected and the main reason to offer you all three of them is to make sure that you will be able to run any kind of application that you'd like, as different pieces of software may have different requirements regarding the environment they can be used on. Each one of the three OSs is backed by a vast community of web developers who have developed a large number of software packages which you can set up and use on your VPS. Based on the Operating System that you select, you will also be able to select between three different Control Panels to control your website hosting content. Also, in case you decide that you need another OS, we could always reinstall the server with it. As an optional upgrade, we also offer weekly updates of the OS for optimum stability and security.
Multiple OS in Dedicated Servers
We offer three Operating Systems with our dedicated server solutions - CentOS, Ubuntu and Debian. They are all different Linux distributions and we offer them not only because they are totally free and they won't increase the low price of your new web server, but also because they are outstandingly stable and secure. Each of them is backed up by a big community of developers, so you will be able to choose from a large number software packages that you can install on your server in case the app that you would like to use has certain requirements. The Operating System will also determine what hosting Control Panel you can use as the Control Panels that we offer run on specific OSs only and since we want to provide you with as much freedom as possible, we offer multiple OSs and multiple Control Panels. In case you get a server with a certain OS, we can change it upon request in case it turns out that you need alternative one. We could also keep the OS updated weekly as part of the useful Managed Services upgrade.
