A: We’ll need the login information for your current web hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the site’s name (domain name).

A: Your web site will continue to work exactly like it did before with your previous hosting provider. As soon as we are through with the migration, your website will be configured to work on our system and we’ll alert you to preview it. If everything is functioning correctly, all you will have to do is change the name server records corresponding to your domain. Your website will be transferred over to us without any downtime.

A: While we migrate your website content, your hosting provider won’t be aware of the transfer at all. We will not touch base with them in any way.

A: We can migrate your web site from any hosting provider or any Linux–driven web hosting platform so long as we can gain access to the Control Panel and there is File Transfer Protocol access available.The only web sites that we’re unable to transfer are the ones based on closed–source software apps like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
